This is what I know about the dragon eel: They love Wardleys Shrimp Pellets; They like brackish, seasoned water they seem to do well in either slightly basic or slightly acidic conditions; They like tight tunnels to hide in, such as PVC plumbing pipe; They are NOT aggressive, as pet stores are inclined to tell you. I have them in a 130 gallon brackish tank with African cichlids, South American cichlids, two Dojo loaches,one Plecostamus, a spiny eel and a rope eel. They all seem to get along fine, but when fed its a feeding frenzy.
